Registration and coffee from 8:00 – 8:30 am


Featured session begins promptly at 8:30 am.



In this unique presentation, Eric Trogdon, a Professional Speaker, Trainer, Author, and certified Mediator and SWAT Hostage Negotiator, will identify the simple steps to building your toolbox for leading productive groups and committees as well effective communication. The program will highlight building relationships and the dynamics of meetings and committees.



We will break for lunch and follow with a session moderated by Tony DiGiovanni, LO’s Executive Director. This discussion will focus on association updates and the state of the economy.



Other topics covered in the afternoon will be running, participating and planning effective and relevant meetings and events as well as roles and responsibilities of board members.



Afternoon sessions will conclude at 3:45 pm.
