Volunteer at Skilled Trades Day – Dec. 3

Landscape professionals are needed to talk to high school students at the Waterloo Chapter booth for all or part of Skilled Trades Day at Bingeman’s on December 3 from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. To volunteer, call Rob Tester at (519) 895-0450 or Dave Wright at (519) 742-8433.

The power of humour – Dec. 3

Chapter meeting will feature ‘The Power of Humour.’ It is a proven medical fact that having a good sense of humour actually reduces the negative effects of stress. Deb Loyd enjoys finding humour in every day experiences and daily interactions. She will share some stories and simple strategies on how to use the power of humour to overcome stress in your life and at work.
